How do I create a tournament?
Go to your dashboard, click "New Tournament" and follow the simple steps to set up your sport, teams and players.
Can I add a lot of players at once?
Yes. On your players page you can download a ready-made template, fill in your players and upload it back. We check it for you before adding. Do this before your auction starts, as it replaces your current player list.
How does the live auction work?
Once your tournament is live, open the Operator panel to run the bids. Share the link and QR code from your tournament's links page so your audience can follow along on their phones.
Can I run an auction from my phone?
AuctionXI is professional software built for laptops and computers. Setting up and running a live auction (bidding, teams, players and the projector view) needs the screen space and precision of a computer, so run your auction on a laptop or desktop. Your audience can still follow the live auction on their phones through the Smart Link or QR code.
Which sports does AuctionXI support?
12 sports including cricket, football, basketball and kabaddi, plus a Custom option to set up any other sport your way.
